The 2024 Annual General Meeting, open to all, will be held Monday, November 25th at the Raymond James boardroom, 1175 Douglas St, 10th floor at 6:00pm (doors open at 5:30pm). There is a secure location for bike parking.
We will receive and consider the financial statements of GVVA for the fiscal year.
-To receive and consider the President’s Report to Members.
-To approve the minutes of the November 20, 2023 AGM.
-To consider and elect the 2025 GVVA Board of Directors.
-To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.
