The 2023 Annual General Meeting, open to all, will be held Monday November 20th at Broad Street Cycles at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:30pm) for the following purposes:
- To receive and consider the financial statements of GVVA for the fiscal year.
- To receive and consider the President’s Report to Members.
- To approve the minutes of the November 14, 2022 AGM.
- To consider and elect the 2024 GVVA Board of Directors.
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.
