The 2022 Annual General Meeting, open to all GVVA members will be held Monday November 14th at the Victoria Event Centre (Above Broad Street Cycles) at 6:30pm (doors open at 6pm) for the following purposes:
- To receive and consider the financial statements of GVVA for the fiscal year.
- To receive and consider the President’s Report to Members.
- To approve the minutes of the November 18, 2021 AGM.
- To consider and elect the 2023 GVVA Board of Directors. Please note that the following incumbent board members will be stepping down:
- Brad Head, President. Brad will continue to support the board as Past President in 2023.
- Eric Simonson, Secretary.
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.
