Group Booking

For groups that wants to try track cycling outside our regularly schedule learn to ride sessions (usually every other Sunday morning). 

Coached by Alex Hui (GVVA head coach, multi-provincial/national championship medalist, NCCP Competition Development).

$250 first 2hrs then $100 per addition hr (group size up to 12 riders)

Prerequisites

  • Ability to ride a bicycle – road, mountain bike, BMX, etc. No previous track bike, ‘fixie’, or single-speed bike riding experience is required.

What to bring?

  • Cycling helmet
  • Appropriate cycling apparel – shorts, jersey or similar.
  • Cycling shoes, if you have them and pedals. Otherwise, runners are appropriate for rental bike use.
  • Water, snack, sunblock, clothing for weather changes.
  • Your track bike, if you have one. Must have fixed cog, and not freewheel. Recommended gearing is  80-86 gear-inches.

Once you have completed your purchase you will receive an email confirmation containing an access code for Spond an event booking tool which runs on iOS or Android and is your way to sign up for sessions.
