The 2025 Annual General Meeting, open to all, will be held Monday, December 15th at the Raymond James boardroom, 1175 Douglas St, 10th floor at 6:00pm (doors open at 5:30pm). There is a secure location for bike parking.
- We will receive and consider the financial statements of GVVA for the fiscal year.
- Receive and consider the President’s Report to Members.
- Approve the minutes of the November 25, 2024 AGM.
- Consider and elect the 2026 GVVA Board of Directors.
- Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting, or any adjournment thereof.
